📋 Description

• Ship full-stack features end-to-end as part of a Pod.
• Develop APIs and integrate with external services and databases.
• Build front-end interfaces focused on UX, responsiveness, accessibility.
• Design and implement AI-powered features to improve UX or efficiency.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers; shape design decisions.
• Optimize performance with caching, algorithms, and indexing; write tests.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software development; Bachelor's in CS or equivalent.
• Full-stack capable; comfortable across frontend and backend.
• Experience with AWS and systems design; data structures, algorithms, concurrency.
• Ability to ramp quickly on unfamiliar code without hand-holding.
• Proven track record owning outcomes and proactive communication.
• Hands-on AI tooling and desire to apply AI to tooling and product.
