📋 Description

• Ship full-stack features as part of a Pod with 3–5 engineers
• Use Node.js, React, Golang, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, AWS
• Build and maintain APIs with data integrity and security
• Develop front-end interfaces with UX, responsiveness, accessibility
• Explore AI-powered features and contribute as you grow
• Collaborate with product managers and senior engineers; code reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or software eng or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
• Frontend and backend experience or strong foundation in one with desire to learn the other
• Some hands-on experience with AI developer tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
• Read README, trace code, ask sharp questions, and start contributing quickly
• Ownership mindset and care about what you ship
