📋 Description

• Own the full product development lifecycle for new People-focused products, from problem discovery
• Build full-stack applications and AI-powered agents supporting recruiting, HR operations, employee

• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience in relevant roles at

• Familiarity with modern AI development tools, agentic coding workflows, and emerging language model
