📋 Description

• Build and ship growth-focused consumer features end to end - React and TypeScript interfaces, the
• Collaborate cross-functionally with mobile, product, design, data science, and marketing teams to
• Rapidly prototype and launch A/B tests, iterating on ideas that improve activation, conversion, and
• Analyze the performance of features post-launch to inform future iterations and growth strategies
• Apply a metrics-driven mindset to decision-making and prioritize efforts based on member and
• Improve reliability, scalability, and performance across the stack - from page load and funnel

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building scalable software in production environments
• Proven experience with both a modern front-end framework (React or comparable) and a server-side
• Experience designing APIs and working with transactional databases and caching, plus client-side
• Comfort owning a feature across the full stack, and eagerness to learn the parts you haven't
• A product mindset with a strong bias toward experimentation, iteration, and measuring impact
• Exposure to large-scale architecture patterns and an appreciation for clean, maintainable code
