📋 Description

• Triages and resolves customer and internal escalations.
• Communicate with stakeholders to set expectations and report status.
• Identify tickets suitable for self-service engineering; implement fixes.
• Use AI-assisted tooling to accelerate triage and draft solutions.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis and improve runbooks.
• Follow secure development practices and manage sensitive data.

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional software development experience.
• Go proficiency; Python is a plus.
• Familiar with relational databases; SQL (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Strong debugging instincts: reproduce issues and trace problems.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Comfort using AI tools and ability to critique AI-generated analysis and code.
