📋 Description

• Own resolution of tech escalations: investigate, reproduce, fix issues.
• Collaborate with support, product, customer success, and engineering to provide updates.
• Identify issues for engineering fixes; write production-grade code; review PRs.
• Use AI-assisted tools to speed troubleshooting and coding workflows.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis and reduce recurring issues.
• Follow secure development practices and protect sensitive data.

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional software development experience.
• Go proficiency; Python experience a plus.
• Familiar with relational databases; SQL (PostgreSQL).
• Strong debugging; analyze logs and reproduce issues.
• Unix shell scripting and CLI familiarity.
• Interest in AI development tools (Claude) and evaluating AI-generated code.
