• Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale; Python or Kotlin.
• Familiar with distributed systems; AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes.
• Able to design cross-component solutions with clear, tested, extensible code.
• Comfortable navigating large codebases; debugging; code reviews.
• Shows ownership; actively seeks feedback from team and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication for global collaboration.
