Software Engineer I - Internal Tooling

📋 Description

• Build internal tools and automations using AI/agentic frameworks on Built's bapps.
• Ship fast and iterate—if it works and people use it, it's good.
• Work from real operational pain points (your team will tell you what's broken).
• Own the full stack: design, build, deploy, measure, iterate.
• Learn the real estate finance domain by shipping solutions, not by reading docs.
• Partner with product and engineering to understand our architecture and use it.

🎯 Requirements

• Recent CS grad or software engineer with up to ~1 year experience.
• 0–2 years of professional or serious personal projects.
• Ability to write clean code in any modern language.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership; you’ll get a problem statement.
• Hands-on with AI/LLM tools or agentic frameworks.
• Experience with APIs and integrations.
