• 1-3+ years of professional software engineering
• Experience leading multi-contributor technical projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Systems thinking and scalable-architecture mindset
• Experience modernizing systems and building internal tools
• Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
