📋 Description

• Design and implement core components of the identity sync pipeline, including ingestion, transform
• Build and extend the sync observability framework, enabling reusable patterns for monitoring
• Work across teams to close monitoring and reliability gaps, catching sync failures and stalled jobs
• Contribute to a strong operational foundation by building safety nets, circuit breakers, and
• Drive key technical decisions and lead by example through architecture reviews, mentoring, and
• Champion resilience, observability, and scalability in every layer of the identity sync stack.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a backend or platform engineer, building production data pipelines that other
• Proficiency in one or more modern backend languages (Python, Go, or TypeScript), with a focus on
• A strong instinct for data correctness, SLOs, and shift-left detection in systems where downstream
• Experience with circuit breakers, self-healing systems, and operational rigor in business-critical
• Familiarity with identity and access governance (IGA) data (identities, accounts, entitlements
