📋 Description

• Collaborate across the organization to understand and translate business priorities into shipped
• Generate clean, efficient, and well-documented software following industry best practices.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members for both Human and
• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software with minimum supervision.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Experience working across the stack (frontend + backend) and comfort shipping features end-to-end.
• Experience building with AI-driven UX, agents, and workflow automation (direct ML experience not
• BA/BS in a computer-science-related discipline or equivalent experience required.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of data structure, algorithms.
