Build and maintain integrations between G-P platform and third-party HRIS (ADP, Workday).
Design and develop serverless, event-driven services (AWS SAM/Lambda, EventBridge, SNS).
Own and enhance components of our public API platform: REST APIs, OAuth, and webhooks.
Translate product requirements into pragmatic workstreams, specs, and sprint stories.
Collaborate with Product and UX teams to understand requirements.
Contribute to the evolution of the SDLC and engineering best practices.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years building SaaS enterprise software in distributed teams.
Excellent communication and initiative in multi-region remote-first environments.
Serverless expertise with AWS SAM/Lambda.
NoSQL DynamoDB design and usage.
REST API design; OAuth; inbound/outbound webhooks; EventBridge/SNS.
CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
