📋 Description

• Design and implement RAG systems with agentic workflows.
• Build and optimize retrieval pipelines (BM25, dense, hybrid, re-rank).
• Develop evaluation pipelines (recall, MRR, nDCG) with human-in-the-loop.
• Experiment with query rewriting and expansion to improve retrieval.
• Collaborate with Product to productionize ML-powered search agents.
• Profile and optimize latency, accuracy, and scalability of retrieval/generation.

🎯 Requirements

• Software engineering experience.
• IR systems, search relevance, ranking models.
• Python plus PyTorch/TensorFlow/JAX experience.
• LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
• Vector DBs (FAISS, Milvus, Weaviate, Pinecone) and Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
• Cloud infra (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable ML workflows.
