Software Engineer II, AI Developer Experience

📋 Description

• Build and maintain internal tooling to improve builder flow.
• Support adoption of AI tooling through documentation and automation.
• Develop and operate internally facing agents.
• Implement developer workflows with guardrails for safe tooling.
• Support the internal agent platform and related tools.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, and G&A to apply AI improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid software engineering fundamentals with production-quality internal tooling.
• Familiarity with agentic coding tools like Codex and Claude Code.
• Proficiency in Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Experience building workflow automation or internal tools (CLI, GitHub automation, cloud automation).
• Good judgment balancing standardization with flexibility and reliability.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and translating needs into usable solutions.
