📋 Description

• Build and maintain core infrastructure for reliability and scale.
• Work daily in mob programming with real-time collaboration.
• Automate core ops using AWS, Terraform, MySQL, Temporal, GitLab-CI.
• Practice high-quality engineering using TDD and retrospectives.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system health.

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational Coding Skills: Proficiency in at least one modern backend language (Go, Java, or Python).
• Database & Infra Curiosity: Desire to learn Terraform and MySQL internals.
• Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable with mob programming and shared ownership.
• Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting of complex systems.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Education: BS or MS in CS/Engineering or equivalent capability.
