• 1.5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Backend design, development, and launch; proficient in Python or Kotlin.
• Familiar with distributed systems; AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes.
• Translate simple problems into multi-component solutions; write clear, well-tested, extensible code.
• Comfort debugging others' code and providing feedback via code reviews.
• Strong verbal and written communication for a global team; ownership of growth.
