🎯 Requirements

• 1.5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Backend systems design and development; proficient in Python or Kotlin.
• Experience with distributed systems; AWS, MySQL, Spark.
• Turn simple problems into multi-component solutions; write clear, tested code.
• Navigate large code bases; debug others' code; perform code reviews.
• Ownership, proactive feedback; strong written and verbal communication.
