Software Engineer II, Backend (Test Infra)

📋 Description

• Own, improve, and maintain integration and end-to-end test frameworks and CI pipelines.
• Design solutions to reduce test execution time and improve stability.
• Write specs and ADRs; collaborate with engineers across the company.
• Support engineering teams by triage and sharing QA/test-automation best practices.
• Contribute to the evolution of the company’s test strategy.
• Break down projects into tasks and deliver in phases, including on-call rotation.

🎯 Requirements

• East Coast location to enable collaboration with European colleagues.
• 3+ years of experience in test automation.
• Proficient in TypeScript and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and Pytest.
• Experience in building and optimizing CI pipelines.
• Degree or equivalent practical experience required.
