🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of software experience and a strong engineering background.
\n
• Love of simple, well-tested code that’s easy to extend and hard to break.
\n
• Ability to convey technical ideas to business partners, product managers, designers and engineers.
\n
• Bias for action: when you see a problem, you solve it.
\n
• Desire to develop tooling repertoire; platform is Ruby.
\n
• Non-optional: aptitude for learning quickly.
\n
