🎯 Requirements

3+ years of production-grade backend or data systems experience.
Expert Python and SQL; strong software design and distributed computing.
Databricks/Spark mastery; experience with Delta Lake ecosystem.
Automation mindset: CI/CD practices and Terraform/IaC.
Reliability focus with monitored systems and data quality governance.
