Software Engineer II (FC Ops)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain backend services for fulfillment operations.
• Own reliability and correctness of transactional systems used by FC operations.
• Lead technical design within your pod, driving architecture decisions and patterns.
• Identify and address systemic issues: performance bottlenecks, data gaps.
• Debug and resolve production issues quickly with clear stakeholder updates.
• Collaborate with PMs/FC ops to translate requirements; mentor SE II engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional software development with backend focus.
• Strong C# and .NET experience to design and maintain services.
• Familiarity with downstream ML pipelines (Python, dbt, Dagster).
• SQL Server / PostgreSQL for transactional data.
• AI tooling: Claude Code for development workflows.
• AWS (EKS, S3, SQS, EventBridge); GitLab CI/CD; Android experience.
