📋 Description

• Build and evolve backend services powering job fulfillment.
• Retire legacy systems and migrate live traffic to a modern platform.
• Improve matching and ranking of Taskers using data signals.
• Decompose legacy components into API-first domain services.
• Design, test, and ship observable, production-ready code end-to-end.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years building and operating production backends (Node/TS, Ruby, Python, Java, or Go).
• Relational (PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) database expertise.
• REST APIs design/building in microservices.
• Strong problem solving in complex, ambiguous systems.
• Testing, debugging, reliability, and observability in production.
• Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development tools.
