Software Engineer II, IAM

📋 Description

• Collaborate with UX, PM, QA and engineers to design and maintain scalable microservices and apps
• Champion best practices including unit, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing
• Tackle scaling challenges and implement robust solutions
• Provide design feedback and participate in code reviews to ensure requirements are met
• Monitor feature rollouts to ensure customer success and iterate as needed
• Hybrid role requiring in-office collaboration two days per week in Dublin office

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in Java, Kotlin, or another OO language with strong testing and quality practices
• Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise messaging
• Familiar with asynchronous tools (Pulsar, JMS, Kafka)
• Proven track record delivering reliable services to production
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex tech for non-tech stakeholders
• A passion for technology and continuous learning
