Own features end-to-end from design to launch and iteration.
Collaborate with Product, Data Science, ML, and Customer Eng to translate needs into scalable
Contribute to experimentation, launch infra, and data-driven decision making.
Improve reliability, performance, observability, and incident response.
Support global expansion and multi-region product requirements.

🎯 Requirements

BS/MS in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of backend or full-stack software engineering.
Proficiency in Java, Go, C++, or Python.
Strong data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems experience.
Experience with relational or NoSQL databases and large-scale systems.
End-to-end ownership experience under guidance from senior engineers.
