📋 Description

• Build paved paths and self-serve tooling that make the right thing the easy thing
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines (Buildkite, GitHub Actions), build tooling (Gradle, Bazel
• Improve the backend and frontend developer experience through projects you scope and deliver
• Contribute to the GraphQL and gRPC ecosystem: middleware, federation, schema sharing, CLIs
• Contribute to IAM solutions and primitives so that things are easy and secure by default
• Help engineers use container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS) and observability stack (OpenMetrics

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of software engineering experience, ideally including time spent on developer platforms
• Full-stack curiosity: comfortable in a backend service and building comfort across frontend build
• Hands-on experience with some of: a CI/CD system (GitHub Actions preferred), a container
• Good grasp of problems and goals: ask the right questions, understand who you're building for and
• Care for internal users: treat engineers as customers, gather feedback, and check whether what you
• Ownership of projects: take a project from idea to production rollout, keep stakeholders informed
