🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in CS/EE/Robotics with 2+ years experience; MS/PhD also acceptable
Strong modern C++ knowledge
Experience with modern C++ unit testing (GTest/GMock)
Experience with large monorepos (Bazel targets, BUILD hygiene)
Strong integration discipline; modify multiple repos without breaking integrations
Serialization boundaries (front-end vs back-end; decode/encode)
