📋 Description

• Back End/Full Stack Engineer on the Consumer Retention team.
• Optimize early customer journey to boost acquisition and conversion.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels and onboarding flows.
• Implement robust A/B testing infrastructure for growth.
• Work in agile teams and ship high-quality software.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related degree, or 4+ years of practical experience.
• Backend: Java, Kotlin, SpringBoot, RabbitMQ, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Frontend: ReactJS, Next.js.
• Testing, test-driven development, and building reliable systems.
• Strong design patterns and architecture tradeoffs; navigate codebase quickly.
• Experience with distributed systems performance analysis and AI-assisted tools (Cursor, Gemini CLI, Claude).
