📋 Description

• Own design, planning, execution, and testing for large features within your team's domain
• Lead technical discovery and boundary-crossing tradeoffs
• Deliver high-quality software with minimal regressions
• Consistently deliver work that delights customers
• Choose methods for low-defect, high-performance software maintainable by the team
• Raise engineering bar via code reviews, pairing, and mentorship of L1/L2 engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial software development experience
• 6+ years experience working with web applications
• Demonstrated track record of leading non-trivial projects from design through delivery
• Expertise in React and/or GraphQL
• Self-starter with motivation; able to organize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Strong track record of building, optimizing, and scaling web apps
