📋 Description

• Lead backend design for inventory, orders, warehouse, shipments, and integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders, product, and operations to build scalable ecommerce workflows.
• Build and maintain backend systems using APIs, databases, distributed systems, and cloud-native design.
• Drive AI-enabled capabilities like forecasting, anomaly detection, and automation in production.
• Improve engineering quality with testing, observability, documentation, reliability, and debt management.
• Provide technical guidance through code reviews, architecture discussions, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years building production-grade backend systems.
• Experience leading technical direction via architecture reviews, mentoring, or engineering standards.
• Strong backend fundamentals: APIs, data modeling, databases, distributed systems, service design.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and cloud-native design.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures: queues, streams, async processing.
• Strong debugging, testing, monitoring, and production support experience.
• Ability to influence teams without formal management authority.
• Experience with ecommerce, order management, inventory, warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment systems.
