📋 Description

• Lead technical direction for your workstream (inventory, routing, fulfillment).
• Break down complex problems into clear technical plans for engineers.
• Ensure designs align with platform architecture set by Staff engineers.
• Lead AI-native capabilities in forecasting and anomaly detection.
• Act as go-to technical decision-maker without formal people management.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years building production backend systems.
• Experience leading technical direction of a workstream.
• E-commerce order management, inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience.
• Strong backend fundamentals: APIs, data modeling, databases, distributed systems.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native service design; event-driven architectures.
• Ability to mentor engineers and review designs without formal authority.
