📋 Description

• Part of the core operations team focused on leveraging AiOps in the incident management process
• Lead incidents as Incident Commander through rapid incident resolutions
• Understand problems affecting customer experience and advocate solutions
• Model solid engineering practices around architectural design, testability, scalability and
• Build tools and processes for proactive monitoring, alerting, incident response, reducing toil
• Collaborate with IT Operations, Corporate Security, Public Cloud, and Engineering teams for high

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years professional software development in object-oriented or functional language such as
• Systems thinker who breaks down ambiguous problems and proposes pragmatic solutions
• Experience with Kubernetes and Public Cloud (preferred GCP, AWS)
• Familiarity with observability, monitoring, alerting tools (Splunk, BigQuery
• Effective analytical, planning, organizational, documentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent
