Drive the lifecycle of the customer-facing API: design, scale, reliability
Mentor engineers and set engineering standards via code reviews and pairing
Balance internal/external requirements; collaborate with product and support teams
Select methods for low-defect, high-performance, maintainable software
Raise engineering bar via code review and mentorship of L1/L2 engineers

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of integration software development experience
Led non-trivial projects from design through delivery
Expertise in iPaaS platforms (Prismatic), Node.js/TypeScript, API design
Passion for writing excellent code
Attention to detail and quality
Experience mentoring other engineers
