📋 Description

• Design, build, deploy, and operate auth and identity services.
• Improve reliability, observability, and safe deployment of auth infra.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver secure platform capabilities.
• Participate in design and implementation of authentication solutions.
• Join on-call rotation to triage and resolve production issues.
• Work on Box's critical user journeys with company-wide impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years backend/distributed systems software engineering.
• Strong Java development; experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Experience building and operating production backend services.
• Fundamentals: system design, testing, performance, scalability, reliability.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Effective communicator; collaborates across teams.
