Software Engineer III (Ruby on Rails)

📋 Description

• Own feature development: Take ownership of features end-to-end — from technical design through
• Write high-quality code: Produce Ruby code that is idiomatic, performant, well-tested, and raises
• Contribute to architecture: Participate in team-level architectural decisions around data modeling
• Improve quality proactively: Identify opportunities to improve code quality, performance
• Guide junior engineers: Provide technical guidance to Software Engineers I and II through thorough
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Product, Design, and QA to validate technical decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience with Ruby on Rails
• Delivered complex features within a software team
• Break down ambiguous requirements into clear technical tasks
• Design and implement REST APIs in Rails
• PostgreSQL schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Testing with RSpec or other frameworks (unit/integration)
