Software Engineer in Test - Embedded Payments

📋 Description

• Contribute to Playwright suite maintenance, utilities, and test data scaffolding.
• Collaborate to expand UI, API, and integration test coverage.
• Run load/perf tests for payment workflows with k6/JMeter/Artillery; report findings.
• Build test coverage for async event-driven workflows (SQS, EventBridge, Lambda).
• Validate retry, idempotency, DLQ handling, and state across distributed services.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD and expand API/contract coverage.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in test engineering or related field; Bachelor’s in technical discipline.
• Node.js and/or TypeScript fundamentals; write clean test code.
• Hands-on Playwright experience; extend coverage and reliability.
• Experience with load/perf testing using k6/JMeter/Artillery.
• Familiar with AWS SQS, EventBridge, Lambda.
• API testing REST with Postman or similar tooling.
