Software Engineer in Test – Performance Testing (Remote - US)

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and execute scalable perf tests for enterprise apps.
• Build automated perf tests with k6 to model real workloads.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize.
• Create reusable perf testing frameworks, utilities, dashboards, and reports.
• Build perf dashboards and reports with InfluxDB, Grafana, and Flux.
• Integrate perf testing into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Software Development, SET/SDET, or Performance Engineering.
• Strong hands-on k6 experience for perf testing (scripting, workloads, reporting).
• Strong MSSQL querying skills; InfluxDB, Grafana, and Flux queries.
• Experience integrating perf testing into Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines; REST APIs and cloud-native apps.
• Docker and Kubernetes for scaling perf test runners.
