Software Engineer Intern

📋 Description

• Write, test, and debug C++ code for the OESIS Framework under the guidance of an assigned mentor
• Take on well-scoped features or bug fixes, clarifying requirements, implementation, and unit/functional testing with support from senior engineers
• Use AI coding assistants and agentic tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) as part of your daily workflow for code generation, refactoring, test creation, and debugging while learning to review and validate what they produce
• Learn the basics of the endpoint security domain: anti-malware detection, patch/vulnerability assessment, device compliance through real project work
• Collaborate with your team's engineers, QA, and Product Management in SDLC

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming and data structures/algorithms
• Curiosity about AI coding assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude)
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn a large real-world codebase
• Good communication skills in English, spoken and written
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable asking questions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
