Software Engineer (Internal Tools)

📋 Description

• Design, build and ship internal tools end-to-end, such as chatbots, knowledge centres and workflow
• Connect our internal systems and third-party platforms through robust integrations and APIs, so
• Partner with teams across the company to identify high-impact opportunities, prototype quickly and
• Help teams get the most from AI by building reusable patterns, sharing best practice and running
• Build with care: think about data access, security, accuracy and cost so that internal tools are
• Take part in agile planning and estimation, present your work in regular review sessions, and take

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally including internal tools
• Experience with TypeScript, Python, React or similar modern languages and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI tooling, such as chatbots, retrieval-augmented
• Solid understanding of API design, integrating with third-party systems, and working with
• Comfortable using AI tools daily to speed up coding, debugging and everyday workflows.
