Software Engineer - Java

📋 Description

• Build and maintain backend features and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• Write clean, well-tested code, applying unit and integration testing practices
• Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL stores (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
• Take part in code reviews, both giving and receiving feedback
• Collaborate with senior engineers, tech leads and product colleagues
• Use CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows to ship changes safely

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial experience with Java (Java 8+) including Streams, Lambdas and Optional
• Experience with Spring Boot or similar framework
• Understanding of REST API design and professional API contribution
• Exposure to relational databases, automated testing, Git, and CI/CD
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback and mentorship
