Software Engineer (Libraries Platform)

📋 Description

• Lead design and implementation of core Libraries Platform components (services, pipelines, index).
• Design and maintain automation for artifact creation, updates, verification, SBOM generation.
• Build AI-assisted patch generation and testing/verification.
• Build and operate shared platform services: package indexes, mirrors, metadata, tooling.
• Develop internal developer tools and CLIs in Go with CI/CD integration.
• Drive reliability, scalability, observability; define SLOs and incident response.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years designing, building, and operating infrastructure for language ecosystems.
• Strong Go proficiency or readiness to ramp quickly.
• Proven track record building developer tooling and automation (plugins, CLIs, pipelines).
• CI/CD, cloud-native infra, and IaC: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Debug complex toolchains, compilers, packaging, and infra; root-cause fixes.
• SRE/platform/DevOps mindset: reliability, observability, performance tuning.
• Excellent communication in remote environment; documentation and collaboration.
• Ownership mindset; set technical direction and own outcomes in high-impact areas.
