📋 Description

• Drive AI/ML tooling to boost developer velocity and CI automation
• Articulate and drive a technical vision and roadmap
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, PM, Operations and other teams
• Recruit and mentor a globally distributed, diverse team
• Build internal tools and automation for CI/CD and developer productivity
• Roll out deliverables in phases, monitor adoption and collect feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of leading high-performing platform teams (3+ years)
• End-to-end project delivery with roadmaps via operational sustainability
• Strong facilitation skills (design, requirements, progress/status)
• Production experience with distributed systems on AWS; GCP a bonus
• Automation mindset and agile software development methodologies
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with Java, Jenkins, AWS, Docker, Python, Ruby, Bash
