Software Engineer Manager, Poly OS (Android & Linux)

📋 Description

• Lead and develop software engineering teams delivering solutions across Android and Linux platforms
• Establish clear technical priorities, quality expectations, and delivery commitments while
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain engineering talent while supporting career growth and
• Define and execute technical strategy, evaluating technologies, frameworks, and development
• Drive software execution across multiple product programs from concept through launch and lifecycle
• Partner with Product Management, Program Management, Hardware Engineering, and Quality Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or
• Typically 7–10 years of software engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
• Typically 5+ years of engineering management experience leading software development teams.
• Experience delivering complex products on Android and/or Linux platforms.
• Experience working across hardware and software development organizations.
• Experience supporting product launches, NPI programs, or embedded/device software development
