Software Engineer, Membership

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and scale features across backend and frontend for membership.
• Build and iterate APIs and UI components for a seamless member experience in Chime.
• Partner with product, design, data science, and stakeholders to ship data-driven solutions.
• Apply a metrics-driven mindset to decisions and prioritize impact for members and the business.
• Own end-to-end projects—from architecture and APIs to frontend and code health.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with strong communication to drive results.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years developing software in production at scale.
• Proven experience with Ruby on Rails or comparable frameworks.
• Familiarity with front-end tech (React/React Native/TypeScript).
• Product-minded with bias toward experimentation and measuring impact.
• Experience with transactional databases, caching, and API design.
• Comfortable across the stack and eager to learn new tech.
