📋 Description

• Identify, prioritize, and remediate technical debt across existing codebases while partnering with
• Refactor and re-platform legacy .NET and C# applications into modern, cloud-native architectures
• Decompose monolithic applications into loosely coupled microservices and APIs with clear domain
• Replace brittle, redundant, or unnecessarily complex systems with simpler, sustainable solutions
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to analyze
• Re-platform workloads onto AWS using cloud-native services and patterns such as Lambda, ECS/EKS

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, including demonstrated experience with
• Strong proficiency in .NET and C#, with experience working across both legacy and modern
• Solid understanding of software design principles, including SOLID, clean architecture
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices, with strong judgment around
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native development on AWS, including one or more of Lambda, Step

🎁 Benefits

• Starting base salary of $97,000–$122,000, with the final offer determined by factors including
• Eligibility for a bonus in addition to base compensation.
