Software Engineer - Neki Orchestration

📋 Description

• Design and build the control plane to provision and scale Neki clusters.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for customer data.
• Build tooling for database operations, backup, and migrations.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents.
• Work with customers to translate workloads into platform improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to ship reliable, scalable platform features.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating large-scale production Postgres deployments.
• Strong Go proficiency; experience with Ruby and Python.
• Experience building distributed, fault-tolerant services.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized apps.
• Experience building and operating distributed systems at scale.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and infrastructure-as-code.
