Software Engineer, Network

📋 Description

• Own edge networking: routing, WAF, rate limiting, cert management.
• Evolve ingress layer: controllers, lifecycle, policy, Ingress API.
• Manage DNS across internal clusters and external zones.
• Build network observability: latency, error rates, routing visibility.
• Support regional expansion: scalable, performant networking.
• Define team practices and standards; shape SDLC and tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building production services in a polyglot environment (Go/TypeScript).
• Diagnose production network issues; proxies/load balancers can obscure root cause.
• Kubernetes networking: ingress controllers, DNS, network policies.
• Infrastructure as code with safe governance; low-friction, real teeth.
• Experience building internal platforms/tools; drive adoption across teams; OSS involvement.
