Software Engineer (New Grad Program)

📋 Description

• Work on production features for a large-scale Sigma product
• Learn to design, implement, and scale software with mentors
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers
• Deploy features and analyze customer metrics to improve decisions
• Complete a 3-month internship with potential conversion to FTE
• Build features for data exploration and insights

🎯 Requirements

• Recent graduate (within 12 months) in CS or related field
• Begin 3-month temp-to-hire in May 2025 or later
• Strong grasp of OS, data structures, algorithms; at least one language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Excited to learn UI, data visualizations, or backend systems
• Strong project management and communication; able to own tasks end-to-end
• Able to collaborate and commit 40 hrs/week in-person for 12 weeks
