🎯 Requirements

1+ years backend/platform engineering experience with production systems
Strong backend fundamentals: APIs (REST/gRPC), Postgres/MySQL, schema evolution
Stack: Python, Postgres, Kafka on AWS
Care about correctness: idempotency, ordering, retries, dead-letter handling
Operate what you ship: deploy to AWS/GCP/Azure, debug from metrics/logs, on-call
Nice to have: Kafka, Temporal, Debezium, Terraform, identity data
