Software Engineer, North for Finance

📋 Description

• Design, build, ship, and maintain customer facing workflows and agentic automations
• Own features end-to-end, from design through implementation, testing, and launch
• Collaborate with Product, UX, ML, and Sales to validate requirements quickly
• Work closely with customers in the finance domain
• Develop interfaces that integrate with financial data sources and enterprise tools
• Extend platform capabilities to support finance-specific requirements with reliability and security
• Develop collaborative workspaces with access controls (RBAC) and data isolation
• Own technical decisions balancing speed, quality, and user needs
• Use AI actively while maintaining the quality and reliability of what you ship
