Work with stakeholders across Stripe to understand competing needs and balance priorities

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of software engineering experience
Comfort working across backend systems, with an understanding of the full software development
Ability to write high-quality, thoroughly tested code with clear documentation and appropriate
Empathy for internal and external users and a commitment to improving their experience
Proven ability to integrate different services and processes, including those you haven’t worked
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Ruby, Java, Python, or Go
